, all are powered by vapor compression cycle.
In the cyclic technique of refrigeration the temperature is removed from the low temperature reservoir which is thrown to hot temperature reservoir. As per the second law of thermodynamics the natural flow of heat is from your high temperature reservoir to low temperature reservoir. In the cyclic refrigeration process because the flow of heat is reversed, the external work has to be done for the system. The cyclic technique of refrigeration is additionally reverse in the thermodynamic power cycle or Carnot cycle in which heat flows from high temperature reservoir to low temperature reservoir; hence the cycle of refrigeration is also called as Reverse Carnot Cycle ifb refrigerator.
There are 2 types of cyclic procedure for refrigeration: vapor cycle and gas cycle. The vapor cycle is classified into vapor compression cycle and vapor absorption cycle. Let us see each one of these processes one-by-one.
The vapor compression cycle could be the mostly widely used method of refrigeration nowadays in this applications. Your household refrigerator, water cooler

, since the vapors of refrigerant are compressed in the compressor with the refrigerator system to build up the cooling effect.
Here are the various processes of vapor compression cycle (refer the figure give below):
1) Compression: The vapors of refrigerant go into the compressor and obtain compressed to high pressure and warm. During this process the entropy in the refrigerant ideally remains constant plus it leaves in superheated state.
2) Condensation: The superheated refrigerant then enters the condenser where it is cooled either by air or water due to which its temperature reduces, but pressure remains constant plus it gets changed into liquid state.
3) Expansion: The liquid refrigerant then enters the increase valve or throttling valve where sudden expansion in the refrigerant occurs, which means that its temperature and pressure falls down. The refrigerant leaves expansion valve in partially liquid state and partially in gaseous state.
4) Evaporation or cooling: The partially liquid and partially gaseous refrigerant at suprisingly low temperature enters the evaporator in which the substance to get cooled is kept. It is here the location where the refrigeration effect is produced. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the substance to get cooled and gets become vapor state.
This low pressure refrigerant might be absorbed by the compressor where it is compressed again and also the whole cycle of refrigeration repeats again. The vapor compression cyclic process can be used for refrigeration in domestic as well as commercial applications.

Alfred North Whitehead wrote that "the art of progress is to preserve order amidst change and to preserve change amidst order."

1. A Basic Human Need

Change is a fact of life! The only thing that doesn't change is change. Consequently

, it is also a fact of life that human beings are always dealing with change in some form at every stage of their lives. Change, in fact, is a basic human need. Change is really nothing more than movement from one state of being to another. Without movement - physical

, would cease. Change is the natural means to both improvement and deterioration. To a large extent, human beings have a choice in what the results of change will be.

2. There are two kinds of change:

Natural Change: change that occurs without cognitive human intervention and that takes place in a natural way, such as weather and the changing of the seasons.

Designed Change: change that occurs as a result of cognitive human intervention and that takes place as a result of changing the environment to reflect human thought; this kind of change is governed by human intention and perceived need rather than by natural conditions.

The human experience of change is exactly the same in both natural and designed change. The reason is that all change in the environme.
